Teaching Inference

Our focus in guided reading for this half term is inference.

I have just been given a link to some great websites all about teaching the children how to infer meaning when reading. The links are on the eMINTS website. I haven't had much of a chance to explore the rest of the site yet, but their homepage states that they provide professional develop for educators by educators.

If the rest of their resources are as good as the inference stuff, it is well worth exploring!
